- Establish yearly departmental goals and targets in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding service delivery and outcomes.
- Oversee the entire value chain of centralized contract administration and Cost Buster activities at the country level.
- Lead and manage enterprise-wide business continuity efforts, including planning, testing, and executing business continuity plans.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) and fire safety regulations, as well as other legal requirements.
- Develop, implement, communicate, and periodically review and update corporate policies.
- Enhance office efficiency through resource optimization, process improvements, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives.
- Conduct Requests for Proposal (RFP) for goods and services, evaluate submissions, and recommend successful service providers.
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, including contract administration, price negotiation, and service level agreements (SLA).
- Prepare the annual budget, plan capital expenditures, and monitor and analyze budget variances.
Requirements:
- Atleast 5 years experience in facilities management or building services in any industry.
- Familiarity with Fire Safety Codes, Building Codes of Practice, and industry best practices
- Skilled in MS Office and AutoCAD would be preferred .
