Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute the day-to-day operations of TANGS.com
- Manage Shop in Shop vendor
- Ensure accuracy of uploads and campaign setting
- Ensure good management of inventory control to avoid ‘Out of Stock’ situation
- Ensure timely submission and creation for EDM (Links, UTM, new uploads)
- Conduct monthly checks on all support functions to ensure smooth operation of TANGS.com and to meet customer expectations
- Assist and contribute to system development (CMS, Mobile App)
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by your immediate superior
Implementation of sales and marketing initiatives
- Brainstorm and contribute creative growth strategies for concept and TANGS.com
- Establish a marketing calendar for concept on launches and promotion of TANGS.com
- To implement communication plans to increase customer engagement, online presence and traffic to TANGS.com with the aim of driving sales.
Merchandising Planning & Analysis Responsibilities
- Research on consumer trends on ecommerce business so that TANGS.com can capitalize and respond to market trends
- Review concept merchandise mix, introduce brands / merchandise and implement exclusive products launches on TANGS.com
- Organising, optimizing and improving the effectiveness of TANGS.com (Product / Category pages)
- Prepare monthly reports to share the performance and progress of concept on TANGS.com
- Promo codes creation, keeping track of budget and measure the effectiveness of campaign for concept
- Build a strong pipeline to achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in related field
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Preferably with good understanding of the merchandising function
- A team player with a positive attitude, flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Words and Google Analytics
- Passionate for Ecommerce
