Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise Sales Manager with a positive and professional attitude to support the sale of security and control room solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work closely with team members to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals.
- Prepare quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies with a focus on non-government sectors.
- Identify and develop new sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Provide pre-sales solutions to clients, conducting site surveys to determine optimal solutions.
- Participate in local and international trade shows as required.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of unified platforms is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior client stakeholders and manage key accounts.
- Strong customer service and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and maintain a professional demeanour.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding system diagrams and schematics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with software integrators and maintain good relationships with partners and clients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and consultative skills.
