Job Scope
Interact regularly with all assigned key accounts related to selling, deliveries and stock availability.
Propose new products to clients using entire data sources to prepare and conduct optimum presentations.
Increase account revenue and identify fresh business opportunities adhering to given budget structure.
Maintain client relations to build excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business.
Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
Analyze market needs, develop account strategies and convey to the management.
Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
Work closely with Product & Marketing, Digital & Marcom, and Event department to help build the brand.
Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Business studies / Engineering or relevant discipline
3 to 5 years of working experience in Sales role
