Job Description:
• Coordinate all project works on site.
• Prepare the necessary works documentation for carrying out site inspection works with the project RTO/RE
• Review & coordinate project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• Carry out site works scheduling as per master program, material requisitions, cost control, project supervision, documentations and to ensure site comply with MOM/NEA/PUB regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E colleagues and sub-contractors to resolve related site issues
• Assist in submission of materials and mock up for early approval.
• Attend site meeting and coordination
Requirement:
- At Least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Construction industry
- Pavement Supervisor Cert
- Registered Supervisor Cert
- Lifting Supervisor Cert
- BCSS Cert
- Road work experience (preferred)
- Able to manage a team of workers
- Team player
- 5.5 days work week
