As the Manager in Organisational Development, you would perform strategic OD consulting to the relevant Business Units, and be responsible for leading and implementing OD initiatives for the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop competency framework aligned to organisation’s learning and development needs
- Facilitate learning needs analysis (LNA) to identify organisational learning needs
- Plan, design, develop, implement and evaluate learning interventions and strategies
- Design and deliver training programs (e-learning or workshops) that address learning needs on an ongoing basis
- Work with government institutions to apply for grants and subsidies
- Administer talent management framework and initiatives
- Develop and execute employee engagement and internal communication programmes and activities
- Manage in-house and external service awards
- Manage OD budget
- Support other HR projects/ initiatives such as company events and programmes
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Human Resource Management preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in Learning & Organisational Development
- Good knowledge of Learning & Development, Organisational Development and Talent Management framework and application strategies
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
