The Job:
· Support and Drive the technical marketing strategy through technical content creation.
· Establish close working relationships with clients and potential customers to understand the needs, then align with technical aspects such as providing corresponding technical advice or work closely with technical product team in product developments or innovations.
· Key liaison person with the Headquarter’s technical team to collaborate development of specialty PP development and marketing activities.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, environmental guidelines, and company’s policies & procedures.
Requirements:
· Doctorate in Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in the chemical industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
· Fluent in Japanese and English is essential in they communication with target market needs and headquarters.
· Ability to think strategically, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
