Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and maintain all Marketing-related collaterals and activities (including company website and social media)
- Responsible for drafting new product launch training slides, drafting/updating product-related materials (such as product summaries and product factsheet), and reviewing product/fund materials, policy, and FAQs
- Manage and schedule webinars and seminars for internal and external clients
- Collate and prepare consolidated marketing reports of regional marketing efforts and activities
- Perform any other administrative work related to sales & marketing as and when required
Purchase:
- Monitor and replenish stock inventory
- Provide end-to-end procurement support to business users per established guidelines and processes
- Proactively coordinating with internal customers and suppliers to resolve routine purchasing supply issues; expedite outstanding purchasing orders to meet delivery requirements
- Generate Sales and purchase reports, when necessary
- Use sales data analysis and insights to create order patterns, maximizing stock availability
- To liaise between vendors and department heads on procurement procedures, order status, and problem resolution and advise cost-effective alternatives
Requirements:
- Good communication & multi-tasking skills
- Good team player, self-disciplined, with strong interpersonal skills
- Effectively bilingual in both written and spoken languages
- Individuals with Photoshop, photography, or videography editing skills will be an added advantage
