Purpose: To lead and implement new initiative in improving regulatory and compliance strategies and frameworks that adhere to regional and global regulations and standards. Ensure the organization complies with the statutory board and the regulations of the global governance.
Key Area of Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Regulatory & Compliance strategy, framework and program such as RoHS, REACH, Conflict Mineral, Export Control, Intellectual Property, Copy Exact and Responsibility Business Alliance (RBA), Business Continuity plan and etc.
- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of Regulatory & Compliance requirements.
- Develop and update Regulatory & Compliance related policies and procedures.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders including customers, responding to inquiries and facilitating discussion on Regulatory & Compliance matters.
- Develop and deliver Regulatory & Compliance training programs to enhance employees’ understanding and engagement.
Qualification & Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in Quality and Environmental Management.
- Proficiency in report writing, analysis, and compliance procedures, using compliance management platform to ensure company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in auditing and training for legal changes and updates.
- Experience in Semiconductor or Contract Manufacturing is an added advantage.
