- Co-ordinate pre-employment medical check up of new local staff ie. Chest X-ray and medical examination by resident doctor.
- Track expiry date of work permits and passports of foreign staff and get them renewed.
- Follow up on 6 monthly medical check up of foreign staff.
- Compute and update staff annual leave record as and when they apply for leave.
- Every 31st March of each year, to give to Finance Manager the list of all staff record with Leave taken and balance leave carried forward to next Financial year.
- Update and monitor staff medical and dental records does not exceed cap limit per year.
- Assist Manager (HR & PR) in photocopy and filing of documents.
- Schedule and type weekly duty roster of Cleaners, General Workers, Kitchen staff, etc.
- Assist staff to apply leave / duty rostering in Nhelp system
- Ensure staff who request for key from key cabinet, return it on the same day.
- Assist to archive staff records / residents nursing records in basement archival room.
- Assist to audit quarterly on foodstuff and chemical inventory kept in the stores.
- Data-entry for AIC training hourse
- Type correspondences for Project / Maintenance, etc
- Multi-task and other tasks assign by the Home.
