Who You Are:
We are looking for someone who to take up the Maintenance AE position, with hands-on experience in equipment support involving machine qualification, PM, CM and other equipment improvement activities.
Position Summary:
Lumileds is seeking a highly-qualified Maintenance AE to take responsibility for Operations Engineering.
What You Will Do:
•Perform shift duties (12-hours shift) to support the running of production in the Module and ensure that integrity of the tools is in place to run the process.
•Continuously optimize equipment uptime and performance while minimizing variability.
•Provide high-level continuous support to the production team by attending to equipment issues promptly.
•To perform daily PM, calibration and measurement.
•Track equipment performance via logs and escalate to production and engineering when abnormal equipment behavior occurs
•Maintain and optimize past, present and future performance and availability reports
•Equipment installation follow-up
•Define, maintain and optimize equipment PMs and PM specs
•Assist in Spare part management
•Lead/assist with proactive and continuous-improvement projects and solutions
•Act as a Team Leader to lead and be responsible for a group of techs on same shift
•Responsible for 5s housekeeping at all times
•Any other duties as directed by the Equipment Engineer/Module manager
What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
· Work experience in Wet Process related machine maintenance and Cleanroom environment, with 12 hours rotating shift (every 3 months rotation).
· Basic engineering knowledge, which may include semiconductor devices theory, electronics, digital principle, wafer fabrication processes
· High level of discipline and integrity.

· Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent

· 3-5 years
