Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Operate waste management trucks and perform daily safety, and maintenance checks properly.
2. Collect and delivery of waste materials or containers from industrial areas.
3. Always be polite and courteous to Customers. Uniforms must be presentable & clean.
4. Ensure that all empty containers supplied to Customers are clean, in good condition, and odor free.
5. To oversee, control and assist Attendant during waste collections. Toolbox attendant/asst always before commence work.
6. To understand the Risk Assessment and requirements for every collection operation. If unsure, please consult Supervisor.
7. Ensure that all waste materials are properly secured and contained for transportation, in accordance with hazardous waste regulations. Perform a 3-minute round the truck check to ensure wastes are safe for transportation before driving off from Customer’s place.
8. Report any safety hazards, accidents, or damages to the truck or equipment to the Supervisor immediately.
9. In event of a chemical spill, use spill-kit to contain the area, and inform to Supervisor immediately.
10. Provide good customer service to all customers, any unsure items for collection, please check with CS Team or Supervisor immediately. Do not allow Customer to change the Collection Order waste list without informing to Customer Service or Supervisor.
11. To physical check the quantity collected against the quantity stated in the Collection Order.
12. Abide to Customers safety requirements when at Customers vicinity. If dispute encountered, do not argue nor quarrel with Customer, but to contact Supervisor immediately.
13. In the event of damaging Customer’s property, do not run away.

14. Keep accurate records of CODO and return to Office daily.
15. Carry out housekeeping works within the designated area, especially on truck cleanliness after use.
16. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
17. Any area for improvement please suggests to the Supervisor.
18. While at Customer’s vicinity, to inform Supervisor of any changes such as
Customer’s premises and/or Competitors’ containers spotted.
19. Perform any other tasks to be assigned from time to time by your immediate superior.
