- Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: Personal Assistant
- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the executive team.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, and emails as needed.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist in organizing and managing events, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required by the executives.
- Handle any other duties as assigned.

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service and administration.
