- Working Location: Tai Seng
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00 am – 6.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,300 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Help with New Production Introduction tasks: develop manufacturing processes, design tools, create schedules, control costs, support sourcing, qualify quality, support tests, reduce product costs, and introduce products into the supply chain.
- Lead technical aspects of manufacturing processes for cables, harnesses, mechanical assemblies, inspections, and testing, including designing tools and fixtures.
- Utilise knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment production and testing methods.
- Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines to successfully complete and make projects profitable.
- Collect data and create manufacturing solutions and documents to support OMS, SOE, MI, drawings, and specifications.
- Perform assembly tasks and guide technicians/operators as needed.

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related professional certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel to compare and study Bill of Materials (BOM).
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in related industry
