- Position Title: Customer Service Consultant
- Working Location: Sin Ming AutoCity
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8.45 am – 5.45 pm), Saturday (8.45 am – 3.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Variable Bonus + Medical/ Dental Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and confirm warranty and service contract coverage.
- Manage spare parts ordering and issuance.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide service quotations to customers.
- Manage parts delivery and monitor job status.
- Respond to customer inquiries and appointments.
- Maintain document records, issue invoices, and prepare necessary paperwork.
- Oversee vehicle servicing and repair processes.
- Handle negotiations, complaints, and sales closures.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3/ 3A driving license.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
