In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve significant growth.
- Identifying and leading new business ventures in the cardiovascular, intervention pulmonology, and airway space.
- Building strategic relationships with key partners to expand the company's reach and influence.
- Conducting market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and anticipate future needs.
- Driving cost-benefit analysis and financial modeling to ensure the viability of new ventures.
- Overseeing regulatory and corporate governance to maintain compliance during business expansion.
- Managing and analyzing sales data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
To be successful, you will possess:
- A degree in Nursing, Bio-medical Engineering, or a related scientific field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales & marketing, or medical sales (pharmaceutical or nutrition).
- A well-established network within the cardiology, respiratory, and anesthesiology communities (a plus).
- A strategic mindset with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to succeed.
- A "hunter" mentality, coupled with creativity and a curious approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
