Salary: $3450 per month
Contract Duration: 11 months
Working Location: Nearest to Labrador Park MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours
Job Descriptions
- Managing the mailbox for receiving claims forms and requests related to Grant claims/operations and filter/re-direct enquiries to relevant project managers.
- Perform administrative checks and assignment on claim documents submitted by grantee before redirecting to relevant project managers and monitor disbursement status of the claims.
- Facilitate clarification and communications between internal and external stakeholders.
- To assist in the housekeeping of existing claims-related email accounts
- Facilitation of offsite storage for grant related physical files and appointed vendors’ offices.
- To provide secondary support in the management of Grant awards.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Degree in any relevant fields.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Prior experience in processing applications and claims to government grants would be preferred.
