Job Highlights
Salary: $3500 - $5000 per month
Contract Duration: 6 months
Working Location: Nearest to Labrador Park MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours (Hybrid)
Job Descriptions
- Track and prepare service level agreements/contracts (SLA).
- Liaise with external stakeholders on products’ financial related queries
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on financial aspects of business operations.
- Perform analysis on costs across products and projects.
- Track and monitor products’ and/or projects’ financials
- Keep track of annually planned budgets
- Streamlining financial processes within the division to drive and improve efficiency.
- Worked with Finance to address operational issues and any billing related matters.
- Assure timely submission of billing templates or reports to Finance.
- Assist Workflow team on invoicing matters and tracking of Purchase Orders.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Degree in any relevant field.
- Strong experience in operational or administrative field.
- Familiarity with analyzing operational data and metrics is advantageous!
