Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and achieve company growth objectives.
- Campaign Management: Lead the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve their best performance, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and monitor industry trends.
- Brand Development: Strengthen and expand Herb Terra’s brand presence, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, affiliates, and industry stakeholders to enhance marketing efforts and expand reach.
- Content Creation: Oversee the development of compelling content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Nutrition, or a related field is good to have but not compulsory.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 years in a leadership role, preferably within the wellness, health, or organic products industry.
