Job Scope:
- Open new customer accounts and ensure a smooth transition from initial sales to strategic partnerships.
- Serve as the primary customer interface, building and sustaining strategic relationships with existing and potential customers, and providing tailored solutions and services.
- Establish and maintain a "trusted advisor" relationship with clients.
- Manage the flow of information and requests to and from clients.
- Play a key role in the sales team, focusing on developing, cultivating, and closing deals with leading local institutions.
- Responsible for developing, executing, and delivering high-quality, solution-focused client presentations and proposals.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a high success rate of deal closures.
