We are searching for a highly motivated Food Service Operations Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth, efficient day-to-day operations of our food service establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food service operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demands.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop food service staff.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Manage food cost controls and ensure efficient inventory management.
- Develop and implement menus that meet customer preferences and budget requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in food service management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage staff effectively and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and safe food handling practices.
- Proficiency in food service software and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
