Job Scope:
- Maintain and upgrade systems, including devices and applications, impacting the network.
- Manage internet access, email, and computer hardware/software, including laptops.
- Maintain network performance, ensure security, and set up user accounts.
- Track and resolve issues, providing technical advice to staff.
- Perform network maintenance, changes, upgrades, and set up new phone lines.
- Implement disaster recovery plans, run backups, and develop an annual work plan.
