Job Description & Requirements
Main Duties:
- Manage operations of 3 outlets according to company policies and guidelines
- Provide strong leadership
- Ensuring consistently high standards of hygiene and cleanliness and food safety
- Review operation chain and procedures and identify any lapse for improvement to the Directors
- Review operation SOP and compliance to make necessary recommendation.
- Liaise with supply chain team to ensure smooth operation for the outlets
- Handle complains with care
- Handle any disciplinary issue
- Responsible for staff progression and annual review
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
· Willing to work on shift and weekends
· Minimum 3 years F&B operations experience
