RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take responsibility for the day to day co-ordination and monitoring of all functions
- Liaise with Sales Team & Culinary Team in procurement of the business
- Conduct site inspections
- To pack equipment and food for all events
- Ensure timely delivering, setting up and clearing of catering functions as per the delivery schedule.
- To liaise with clients on set-up requirements.
- Manage Service Staff
- All related task and duties assigned by the management
REQUIREMENTS
- Singaporean
- Possess Singapore class 3 driving license
- Able to communicate with customers in simple English or Chinese.
- Independent and self-motivated individual with positive attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and a good team player.
- Must be physically fit and strong as the job requires carrying of heavy events equipment.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
