YOUR ROLE
-Define Vision/ Strategy to strengthen and sustain Industrial Engineering activities within Back End (Bouskoura , Calamba , Malta , Muar , Rennes, Shenzhen).
-Ensure the best utilization of BEMT assets and drive improvement to achieve manufacturing excellence.
-Support plants and make recommendations to management by providing accurate, concise information and directions to Operations & Management and Drive/ Contribute to BEMT wide project for: capacity increase, robustness & IE productivity increase.
-Drive optimization of resource utilization, adoption of standardized best practices and continuous improvement to achieve manufacturing excellence
SNOP process robustness and full support to it ==> IE perspective
Identify tasks for building up IE operational Standards across all BEM&T Sites
- Uniformity of Data and knowledge sharing
Simplify and automate BEMT Worldwide Industrial Engineering activities
- Centralized Manufacturing assets and resources simulation through IEDB/ LCRP:
- Capacity simulation
- Headcount simulation
- SQM assessment
- Automatic Mc shortage definition & future CAPEX definition
Drive Capacity model management at BEMT level:
- Set governance for capacity model management and ensure that it is applied.
- Arbitrates on the demand versus capacity when required during SnoP in case of disputes.
- Capacity change tracking (capacity CAR validation, Capacity model follow up and CCRB ratification for any changes)
- Make or Buy Process (strategy) capacity ratification.
- Key rampup follow up and sustenance.
Maximize assets utilization and equipment effectiveness (OEE)
- Define Rules and tools for OEE calculation
- Define BEM&T yearly OEE target
Driving OEE improvement: Coordinate and challenge Sites plan on OEE improvement trough equipment time studies
- Increase Productivity and Maximize Asset utilization
- Follow up with Plants and set guidelines / methodologies for analysis where required
- EMCS / STCC/O+ Coverage alignment with respectively CIE Automation & CTFO
- Operations Related Projects/Plant Support/KPI
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor of Engineer in Manufacturing / Engineering Sciences or similar
- At least 5 years of BE Manufacturing experience and managerial position
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
- Leader and able to drive and manage project concisely
- Business English proficient
