- Oversee finance, cash flow management and yearly audit activities
- Supervise the accounting department to ensure smooth day-to-day transactions and team development
- Track important KPIs and analyse trends
- Work closely with FM and other Department heads on the annual budget exercise, including developing and monitoring budgets
- Liaison with Global Finance Partners
- Oversee the Foreign Fundraising Assistance Programme (“FFAP”)
- Present monthly and quarterly management accounts to executives and board of directors
- Assist the Board and committees with corporate governance, statutory compliance and risk management
- Present annual financial statements to executives and board of directors
As a Christian organisation, employees will be required to attend work meetings and Christian fellowship meetings, which start and end with religious activities such as prayers, words of worship and bible sharings. Non-Christian employees are not required to participate in the religious activities.
Job Requirements
- Accredited professional accountant
- Degree in Accounting/Audit
- Has exposure to Singapore Charity accounting and governance
- Has experience with COC reporting and other required finance regulations
- At least 5 years of experience in senior accounting/audit /corporate governance role
- Familiarity with NetSuite will be advantageous
- Able to start work immediately will be advantageous
- Alignment with the doctrinal articles of faith and the general rules in the Statement of Faith of our company
