Job Description
- Represent the company as a recognized specialist in the construction industry.
- Actively seek out opportunities in the construction market and potential clients for growth.
- Maintain and manage excellent customer relationships while understanding their needs and delivering value.
- Evaluate and submit analyses on the potential of new customers.
- Build and maintain a network of stakeholders, including developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.

- Stay updated on site progress and provide effective material forecasts.
- Ensure constant communication with the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems, and activities to facilitate product development and/or strategy formulation.
- Provide monthly reports to the manager as per the set format.
- Offer solutions to customers on a case-by-case basis and provide support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry
- Hands-on experience with some exposure to construction or related projects sales
- Ownership of a car is required
