- Responsible for the supply and demand planning activity within the SEA region.
- Identify appropriate planning categories for the varied portfolio.
- Create timely trend analyses, insights and business recommendations.
- Carry out regular risk assessment for the demand and supply planning functions.
- Monitor and review any gaps in the performance of a portfolio of suppliers and recommends improvements by suppliers to better meet demand requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Supply Planning function in the Manufacturing industry of Marine/Defence/Aerospace.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MRP system and MS Excel.
