Business Analyst:
a) Review system/application design specifications;
b) Conduct technical review and assessment;
c) Develop ad-hoc script and/or module with the Authority’s
appointed contractor(s) on Service Request;
d) Facilitate and support the System Integration Test and User
Acceptance Test;
e) Facilitate and support any audit to be conducted by the
Authority’s appointed auditor(s) on the System;
f) Understand and review source codes from vendor(s) for
deployment;
g) Provide technical and project management support which
includes managing the System’s daily operations, performing
continuous review to improve the System, and ensuring that the
Authority’s appointed contractor(s) complies with the
Authority’s requirements;
h) Offer support in managing, maintaining, and testing IT application
systems, ensuring their efficient operation and functionality;
i) Collaborate with business stakeholders and work closely with
external parties, ICT providers or government agencies for
systems operational and maintenance works and new
initiatives/enhancements;
j) Provide advisory role and guide team members on development
of IT solutions to meet business and Authority’s needs;
k) Manage and maintain IT Process, track technical documentation
and monitoring of progress;
l) Co-ordinate and facilitate the audit reviews that may be
conducted by party authorized by the Authority;
m) Review project deliverables (e.g. monthly project report, log
review for privileged user access, test plan, test reports,
application design/ code) to ensure the completeness for
acceptance;
n) Provide IT operation support for both on-prem and cloud
operations; and
o) Strong knowledge in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
methodologies;
p) Requirement gathering, requirement analysis, business process
mapping, prepare business requirement specification, flow
charts, logical diagrams, process improvements;
q) 3 years of experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer
Care & Billing) software development/architecture. Should
personnel not meet this requirement, we will consider those with
at least 3 (THREE) years of experience in the Oracle technical
stack, including web server, middleware, application, and
database data flow & design structure; and
r) Experience in Azure Cloud platform.
s) Ensure that the delivery of the project is compliant with relevant
policies and guidelines and to identify and close any
compliance gaps.
