Responsibilities:
- Business Analyst you will be engaged with finding solutions to business initiatives mainly in the portfolio of Financial Messaging Services.
- Conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews.
- Determine required IT system solutions and assist in implementing them as well as assist in quality control
- Manage the project end to end and escalate whenever wherever required
- Work out user stories that can be implemented, tested and released smoothly
- Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables
- Support the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
- Effectively collaborate with all stakeholders regardless of their interests and field of expertise
- Translate business requirements into system requirements
- Bring value constantly across software delivery life-cycle, sprints & releases
Requirements:
- Minimum 9+years of experience as Business Analyst
- Experience in Financial Messaging and Clearing systems and Settlement processes
- Knowledge of MT to MX migration - Namely SWIFT CBPR+ , different RTGS systems migration to MX globally
- Experience in SWIFT, SIC, SEPA and ISO2022 message type
- Business analysis and project management experience in the financial industry
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
