a) Maintain Project Management Office (PMO), track assets &
documentations and monitoring of progress;
b) Collaborate with business & technology stakeholders, work closely
with external parties, ICT providers or government agencies and
manage outsourcing vendors for systems operational and
maintenance works and new initiatives/enhancements;
c) Offer support in managing, maintaining, and testing IT application
systems, ensuring their efficient operation and functionality;
d) Provide advisory role and guide team members on development of
IT solutions to meet business and Authority’s needs;
e) Co-ordinate and facilitate the audit reviews that can be conducted
by party authorized by the Authority;
f) Review project deliverables (e.g. system documentations, monthly
project report, log review for privileged user access, test plan, test
reports, application design/ code) to ensure the completeness for
acceptance; and
g) Ensure that the project delivery complies with relevant policies,
standards, and guidelines, and identify and address any compliance
gaps.
9. Business Analysts shall have at least 10 years of IT experience:
a) Good planning and communication skills;
b) Performing requirement gathering, requirement analysis,
business process mapping, design thinking, prepare
requirement specifications, flow charts, logical diagrams,
process improvements;
c) In cloud technologies like GCC Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
Platform etc. with certifications (preferred GCC Azure);
d) Knowledge in the land transport domain;
e) Familiar with local public sector projects and government policies
and processes such as IM8, cybersecurity, data security;
f) Experienced in projects utilizing Agile, Software Development Life
Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies; and
g) Application security and best practices in application
development standards and methodologies.
