Role:Engagement Manager
Job:
As an Engagement Manager, you will play a central role in building, maintaining, and enhancing client relationships within the banking sector.
Your primary responsibility will be to understand clients' needs, align project objectives with company goals, and ensure the successful completion of projects related to banking applications.
1. Client Relationship Management:
• Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact.
• Address all client requests and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements.
2. Project Management:
• Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively.
• Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met.
• Track and manage all engagement metrics.
• Manage invoices and bills for assigned customers.
3. Business Development:
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to expand business within existing accounts.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
4. Reporting and Delivery Management:
• Provide regular reporting on engagement performance.
• Monitor the engagement and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Monitor and manage team and deliverables
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in client engagement, project management, or a similar role within the banking industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in banking applications and financial services.
• Experienced in working with Japanese-speaking clients
