Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
· Deliver network projects. Engineer is required to implement network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Firewalls, PC setup, wireless solutions and others.
· Responsible for network design, development, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, meeting and preparing completion document.
· Gather the technical requirement, develop high- & low-level design, implementation and user acceptance plan and so on to customer.
· Primary handle PC setup. Other products include FortiGate, Juniper, Ruckus, Palo Alto etc, it would be variable depends on the requirement from customer
· Work with vendors and suppliers/principals to deliver the projects.
· Project Management role such as prepare work breakdown structure (WBS), issue management list, meeting minutes etc.
· Support maintenance team to perform corrective maintenance when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in a similar post-sales engineering role.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and telecommunications technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
