Roles and responsibilities

1. Administrative tasks

2. Create and maintain Registers

3. Assist in the setup phase for FX aggregator

4. Assist in the testing/setup phase of TMS Implementation


1) Updating signatory logs (add or remove signers) on board resolution date and bank confirmation date that the update has been completed.

2) Complete the banking forms and gather documents to the bank for change of bank signatories.

3) Ad-hoc administrative inclusive but not limited to the following (scanning and saving of documents to shared drive, routing documents for signing, arranging for courier of documents)

4) Extraction of information from Bloomberg (monthly exchange rates for Finance, FX rates for BUs, SORA, exchange rates for FP&A team for Budget, exchange rates for Procurement team etc)

5) Assist in new projects implementation, FX aggregator and/or TMS


Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accounting / Finance
