Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a post-secondary diploma in engineering/ mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 6 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Meticulous with good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must have experience with landed homes
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the project, or function, including developing and monitoring budgets, coordinating activities with other subcontractors
- Handle contractual matters that arise
- Ensure safety compliance and Quality Control
- Liaise and coordinate with client, QS, authorities, subcontractors
- Manage changes to the project
- Develop schedule and monitoring forms to ensure that all site activities are tracked closely and monitored.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying and addressing potential delays.
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Attend site meetings, and monitor progress of projects, ensuring smooth progress of project
