Responsibilities:
- Management of construction site workers
- Motivate and lead a team of workers
- Managing and coordinating with different sub-contractors and suppliers
- Inspection of site to monitor progress and assess conformance to engineering plans, specifications and construction standards
- Monitor schedules for projects to keep progress on track
- Understand and interpret drawings and specifications
- Identify and highlight possible risks on project
- Uphold and enforce current BCA regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service to home owners
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or any related fields
- Prior experience in Construction or Site Management
- Team player and leader, able to build rapport with all levels of stakeholders
