IT Support Technician
Responsibilities
• Provide desktop hardware and software support to teachers, staff, and students
• Perform front-end problem diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Service Apple computers and replace faulty parts
• Manage Mac-based applications, network connectivity, network printers, etc.
• Provide some basic IT training services to teachers
• Be able to work on ad-hoc duties as assigned, may be required to stay back when necessary
• At least polytechnic graduate with IT support working experience
• Good skills and knowledge of network technology such as Ethernet and TCP/IP protocol
• Mac-based working experience, Apple-certified technician is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
