About the role
This position is for a Field Service Technician, performing troubleshooting and repair works under service agreement/warranty.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
- Perform troubleshooting and give recommendations for repairs for Fan Coil Units (FCU), Air Handling Units (AHU) and Split Units under service agreement/warranty
- Perform recommended repairs for the Fan Coil Units (FCU), Air Handling Units (AHU) and Split Units under service agreement/warranty
- Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance/repair schedule.
- Work closely with subcontractors to perform repair works
- Perform 24/7 standby duty (rostered) for airside unit complaint and breakdown
- Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs.
- Perform monthly routine service for Fan Coil Units (FCU), Air Handling Units (AHU) and Split Units under service agreement whenever assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
We are looking for people who has hands on experience in HVAC/M&E industry. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:
- Min. Nitec OR Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/M&E industry
- Experience in HVAC system design is desired to have
