- Position Title: Project Admin
- Working Location: Tuas Crescent
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday 8 am – 4.45 pm, Saturday 8 am – 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2,300 + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager and QA/QC Manager with daily operations to ensure project efficiency.
- Support the Head of Department in developing and upholding the QC system compliant with ASME codes.
- Prepare, manage, and oversee the QC Manual in alignment with ASME standards.
- Facilitate the procurement of materials as required by the project team.
- Generate and manage reports related to project progress and quality control.
- Maintain organized records, manage filing systems, and handle documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless task execution.
- Undertake clerical duties to support project activities.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HOD.
