As an Account Management & Client Servicing Executive

Serving as primary liaisons for our clients, you exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication prowess, coupled with strategic and creative thinking abilities. You also have an unquenchable thirst for seeking out new business prospects and revenue-generating tactics to boost sales. You display superb teamwork, collaborating across teams internally and externally to deliver exemplary results that fulfil clients' requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prompt response to client inquiries.
- Present the Paradox’s core capabilities to clients.
- Understand clients’ project needs and requirements.
- Preparation of cost estimates, quotes & proposals.
- Managing project budget and vendors' billing matters.
- Maintaining and developing long-term client relationships.
- Contribute ideas and insights alongside the Creative team.
Requirements
- An excellent communicator in oral and written English.
- Someone who displays initiative, responsible and is always willing to learn.
- Able to multitask and good at time management.
- Maintain professionalism at all times and be efficient and organised.
