Job Highlights:
- Review project specifications
- Collaborate with design team on engineering and design issues
- Prepare and schedule project timelines and workflows
- Manage project budgets
- Conduct project inspections as necessary
- Attend client meetings to address site issues
Responsibilities:
- Raise Variation Orders (VO) and ensure accurate client billing
- Prepare quotations when needed
- Coordinate manpower requirements with operations manager
- Delegate work to project engineers and supervisors
- Assess and verify claims from subcontractors and vendors for progress payments
- Issue Technical Query Requests (TQR) for technical clarifications
- Prepare risk assessments if required
- Implement materials and consumables control for projects
- Prepare or review Materials Take-Off (MTO) as necessary
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Marine Engineering, Shipbuilding, or Offshore Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Marine & Offshore industry
- Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office
- Knowledge of SOLAS and classification regulations
- Preferably possess a Class 3 driving license (Own Car)
