The Supply Chain Coordinator will oversee the fulfillment of orders for instruments, spares, and consumables across the APAC region. This role involves managing inventory levels, expediting part shortages, coordinating shipments, and maintaining communication with internal teams and customers to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment.


Responsibilities:

  • Review open orders and past dues for instruments, spares, and consumables in the APAC region, taking necessary actions to fulfill orders promptly.
  • Manage inventory to reserve items for open orders, ensuring completeness before shipment, especially in L/C situations.
  • Collaborate with global planners or buyers to expedite part shortages and meet customer delivery dates.
  • Coordinate part shipments and consolidation with ADC personnel, determining optimal shipping dates and assisting with relevant shipping documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with the sales/customer fulfillment group, providing timely updates on order statuses.
  • Resolve internal issues to ensure shipments meet customer and operational expectations.
  • Assist in investigating internal and external customer complaints, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of order-related and shipping status, supporting supervisor in data collection and analysis as needed.
  • Ensure compliance of departmental systems and procedures with ISO9001, ISO13485, QSR 21CFR, ISO14001, ISO45001, and WHO Good Distribution Practice.

Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree in Business or Logistics.
  • Minimum 2 years of office experience in Supply Chain management or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage

Preferred Competencies:


  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing policies and procedures.
  • Problem-solving skills related to sales, planning, and transportation logistics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
