Mount Studio, a leading photography and videography studio in Singapore, is seeking a driven and outgoing Sales Representative to join our growing team.
In this role, you will:
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations and invoices
- Be the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders (photographers, videographers, crew, and management) and clients
- Timely handle and resolve client complaints
- Perform ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth studio operations
We are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills to confidently close deals
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- A passion for photography and videography (preferred, but not required) – training will be provided

- Experience in the photography or videography industry
- A strong understanding of social media marketing
