Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the IT sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a IT Support Specialist to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Configure network and security devices to specified versions
- Conduct power and functionality tests
- Handle inbound and outbound devices for logistics
- Maintain inventory of spares and maintenance devices
- Ensure adherence to workplace processes and procedures
- Prepare necessary paperwork and documentation
- Communicate regularly with relevant teams
- Provide training and guidance to new engineers
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Diploma in related field
- Relevant experience
