- Follow up and support residents’ engagement (pre-call, post call notes)
- Foster and engage direct feedback and through relationships with residents, channelling them back to management as actionable insights
- Ensure operations are smooth include delivery of messaging, sales, customer service and business reporting
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma with 2-3 years of customer service experience
