- Assist in sourcing and selecting vendors, ensuring adherence to procedures.
- Manage direct purchasing activities and procurement lifecycle.
- Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular service reviews.
- Act as a liaison for vendor communications and issue resolution.
- Track, measure, and report supplier performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and service providers.
- Facilitate vendor assessment, registration, and due diligence processes.
- Coordinate record management and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Implement office administration procedures for efficiency and safety.
- Oversee facilities maintenance and improvements with contractors.
Requirements:
- Min Dip/Deg in Supply Chain/Logistics with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Prior working experience in bank will be an advantage.
