Job Description
- Coordinate and manage the import processes of goods and materials
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and requirements
- Prepare and manage all necessary import documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of import activities
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Responsible for the warehousing, transportation, and Dangerous Goods
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in International Business, Logistics, or related field
- Proven experience in import operations
- Knowledge of customs regulations and requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Experience in chemical/manufacturing industry preferred
Other:
- Transportation provided in West area
- Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 4:30pm
- Annual Leave: 15 days/year
- Fixed Allowance: $70 (monthly)
- AWS: 1 month of basic salary
- Medical benefits: $650 (single), $1300 (married)
- Vacation benefits: $400/year
