Our client is a Government link company in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a IT Business Associate to be part of their IT team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Duties:
- Enhance operational management systems for front-end applications like point-of-sale projects.
- Streamline processes, implement new technology projects, conduct user acceptance testing, and manage stakeholders.
- Develop standard operating procedures and training materials.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business and Marketing or Business Info Systems
- Experience or knowledge in the continuous improvement process (required to involve some UAT), project management and stakeholder management
