Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals and objectives.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram / TikTok / Facebook).
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our social media presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media initiatives are integrated with overall marketing and communication strategies.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.).
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Ability to handle a project from conceptualisation till completion.
