Responsibilities
- Order and Invoice Management: Create purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and complete customer/vendor registration.
- Shipment Coordination: Verify shipment details, coordinate with departments and carriers, and manage payment arrangements.
- Financial Tracking: Monitor account receivables/payables and inbound/outbound deliveries.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and report on status.
- Office Supplies: Source, purchase, and maintain office supplies.
- Administrative Tasks: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and perform clerical duties.
- Ad-hoc General Affairs: Transport and Accommodation booking, handle office maintenance matters and provide HR admin support
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Sales Coordinating/Sales Support experience.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required.
- Candidates with knowledge and/or experience in operating ERP system are preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language to process mandarin documents and liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
