Responsibilities

  • Order and Invoice Management: Create purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and complete customer/vendor registration.
  • Shipment Coordination: Verify shipment details, coordinate with departments and carriers, and manage payment arrangements.
  • Financial Tracking: Monitor account receivables/payables and inbound/outbound deliveries.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and report on status.
  • Office Supplies: Source, purchase, and maintain office supplies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and perform clerical duties.
  • Ad-hoc General Affairs: Transport and Accommodation booking, handle office maintenance matters and provide HR admin support

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of Sales Coordinating/Sales Support experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required.
  • Candidates with knowledge and/or experience in operating ERP system are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin language to process mandarin documents and liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
